What we collect
Order data: the assets, amounts, deposit and destination addresses, and transaction hashes of your swaps.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser details, and timestamps, used for security and fraud prevention.
Verification data: identity documents and source-of-funds information, only when a swap requires verification.
Why we use it
To quote, route and complete your swaps, to answer support requests, to prevent fraud, and to meet legal duties on anti-money-laundering and sanctions.
Who receives it
The liquidity provider that fills your order, the screening and identity-verification vendors we use, and public authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Order and verification records are kept for the period that applicable anti-money-laundering law requires, then deleted.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask for a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or object to certain uses. Legal retention duties can limit deletion requests.
The preview build
The preview build stores no orders, no addresses and no accounts. A quote reference exists only in the link you receive.
